We are thrilled to announce that SUPERIORHIRE has earned Inavero’s 2016 Best of Staffing® Client and Talent Satisfaction Awards for providing superior service to clients and job seekers.
Inavero’s Best of Staffing award identifies the staffing industry’s elite leaders in service quality based completely on the ratings given to them by their clients and the permanent and temporary employees they’ve helped find jobs. Best of Staffing winners truly stand out for exceeding expectations as they receive client satisfaction ratings more than three times higher than the industry average. Talent of winning agencies are 50 percent more likely to be completely satisfied with the services provided compared to those working with non-winning agencies.
Best of Staffing award winners — including SUPERIORHIRE — make up fewer than two percent of all staffing agencies in the U.S. and Canada. SUPERIORHIRE has received Best of Staffing in Client Satisfaction for seven years in a row, and Talent Satisfaction for six years.
Focused on helping to connect people with the right job openings at US companies, SUPERIORHIRE received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 30.5 percent of our clients and 40.7 percent of our talent, significantly higher than the industry’s average.
