We Want to Hear From You: Annual Survey of Clients Hits This Week

Posted in Staffing firm dallas, survey

It’s survey time again for SUPERIORHIRE! Even though these surveys can sometime seem overwhelming, it is invaluable to us to know not only what are clients like about our service, but where can we improve that service.

Once a year we partner with a satisfaction research firm, Inavero, to see how we are doing. Click here to learn more about Inavero. Over the next few daUntitledys an email will be sent to every client we have placed employees with over the course of the last year. That email contains a link to a short, 3-question survey that only takes a few minutes to complete. A sample survey is shown at the right. It’s quick and easy, but the feedback we receive from our clients is monumental to us.

This survey was initially designed at the request of the American Staffing Association and CareerBuilder to gauge the level of satisfaction industry wide. After the inaugural year, Inavero and CareerBuilder, opened the survey to individual companies like SUPERIORHIRE. We have participated in this program for the past six years.

We chart all the responses and categorize them into common subjects and then break down the categories into positive and negative feedback. Even though we love to hear positive feedback, it’s the negative responses that tell us where we need to improve. For instance, last year’s survey revealed we needed to check in more often with the hiring managers of the employees we placed on assignment. As a result, we instituted additional times of contacting them during the assignment to receive feedback on our employees.

If you receive one of surveys, please take a few short minutes to complete it. Your feedback is important to us. We’re always trying to improve the service to our clients and the few short minutes you spend completing this survey will help light the way.
